I guess if I keep thinking something is difficult then that feeling is going to be dominating my perception rather than seeing it objectively. I thought muscle anatomy was going to be even harder than studying bones. When I finally stop my urge to whine and thought about how it's been, so far it has been quite gentle, and I dare to say, kind of fun!
This week we learned about the latissimus dorsi and erector spinae/ spinal erector.
